1. Strain lychee and keep dry, then toss in flour.
2. Stuff in the minced chicken mixture( combine minced chicken with coriander and oyster
sauce, crack an egg) and mix well into the lychee. Then toss in flour, dip in egg and toss in
flour again. Deep fry the lychee chicken till crispy and brown.
3. Heat the sweet and sour sauce and toss in lychee chicken and garnish with onion and
Japanese cucumber.
