1. Arrange layers of pork topside together.
2. Season pork topside with salt, pepper, mozzarella, parmesan. Layer sage in between the pork
slices.
3. Coat pork topside with flour, egg and breadcrumbs mixture.
4. Shallow fry pork topside in olive oil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side till cooked.
5. Serve with coleslaw and lemon wedges.
