1. Blend pecan nuts, cheese and garlic in a food processor till finely minced.
2. Add wasabina and continue blending, and add olive oil slowly until pesto is mostly smooth. Season with salt to taste.
3. In a pot of boiling salted water, boil pasta for 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, heat up pan, add olive oil and butter, and sauté shallots and garlic till fragrant. Add crabmeat, and taste for seasoning. Set it aside.
5. Once pasta is ready, toss pasta into the pesto sauce. Lastly, serve pasta with grated parmesan cheese and crabmeat.
