Macsween Haggis - 4th Oct 2017
Haggis, Scotland’s national dish, is a savoury pudding that combines meat with oatmeal, onions, salt and spices. Besides the traditional lamb haggis, Macsween, our supplier for haggis has come up with a new vegetarian version.
The vegetarian haggis has a combination of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, pulses, oats, onions and seeds. So now, vegans are able to enjoy haggis too! Being a meat lover, we found the vegetarian haggis to be very enjoyable and can see ourselves having it once a week! All the ingredients used are freshly selected and hand-made with great care in small batches.
