Obergommer tagliatelle - Produced in the canton of Valais in the oldest village of Obergoms with only 200 residents using ingredients sourced from the mountainous regions of Switzerland. The tagliatelle is particularly tender and carries the aroma of fresh herbs like basil, marjoram, basil and thyme grown in the mountains.
