1. Heat oil in pan, add in lap cheong and sauté till golden brown and fragrant. Quickly add in
garlic, char siew, and cooked prawn, then add eggs in, stir well.
2. Add in the cooked rice and soya sauce, stir well.
3. Correct the seasoning with salt.
4. Lastly, add in green peas and stir well.
5. Garnish with spring onion and fried shallot on top.
