1. Marinate fennel, bell pepper, red onion and tomato with sherry vinegar, salt, pepper and Papa Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil and set aside.
2. Season tuna with Belcari olive oil , salt, pepper and lemon zest.
3. Grill tuna on gentle heat on both sides, 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
4. Serve grilled tuna with marinated vegetables(from step 1).
