We’ve prepared an extraordinary line-up of Swiss foods you should try at our bistro, starting today till 7th August, Sunday (Our bistro is closed on Mondays)!
From Cervelat and Cheese salad, Malfatti Ricotta dumplings, Lambhaxe, braised lamb shank topped with a beautiful medley of vegetables and mashed potato, to sliced milk-fed Veal, Zürich style served with Rösti potatoes.
