As the Lunar New Year unfolds, we’re thrilled to unveil our special $158 CNY Prosperous Platter, an exquisite ensemble of gourmet delights designed to captivate your palate. This year, our platter is a grand showcase of six specially selected items, each promising to bring a touch of luxury and flavour to your celebrations.

Dive into the rich tapestry of flavours with our sliced Tasmanian abalone, paired with a fragrant sesame sauce that enhances its luxurious taste. The smoked duck breast and pork char siew with char siew sauce offer a rich savoury experience. For a touch of the sea, our marinated octopus tentacles in Thai sweet chilli offer a spicy kick, perfectly balanced by the delicate smoked salmon accompanied by a dill mustard sauce. Kinmon Akita Sake Brewery

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with the award-winning Kinmon Akita Sakes! Crafted in the rich landscapes of Akita Prefecture, Kinmon Akita Sake Brewery specialises in aged sakes that captivate with their depth and complexity.

Their 1995 Yamabuki Aged Sake achieved international acclaim at its first appearance, winning the Champion Sake prize at the 2009 International Wine Challenge in the UK, a testament to its exceptional quality and the brewery's innovative approach to sake aging. Since then, the brewery continues to reach new heights, amassing more than 30 gold medals in IWC and Gold & Platinum medals in Kura Master for its distinctive sakes.

Their Yamabuki series, is celebrated for their ability to enhance the flavours of fine steaks, making them the perfect complement to our premium Stockyard beef and succulent Mangalica pork. The depth and complexity of the Yamabuki sakes, bring out the richness of the beef and the delicate flavours of the pork.

 

If you are indulging in the warmth of hot pot for the celebration, try elevating your experience by accompanying it with Junmai style sake which has a clean and slightly dry taste to complement the rich and varied flavours of the hot pot ingredients.

You can order online and pick up your favourite meats at your convenience! Our refrigerated lockers ensure that your meats and products stay fresh, preserving their quality until you’re ready to collect.

 

It’s simple: place your order online and select your preferred self-collection date.

On the day of collection at 10am, you will receive a message notification on your order number and PIN code which you can use to access the locker
