I am delighted to share that Huber’s Butchery has been awarded the ‘Gourmet Retailer of the Year’ at the World Gourmet Awards which happened virtually just 2 days ago. We beat out some strong competition this year and since this is our third time winning the award, we will be entered into the Hall of Fame. The white asparagus season is coming to an end soon. We receive our last shipment this weekend so do get your hands on it before it runs out. It is simple to prepare and makes a delicious side with some Bordier butter or hollandaise sauce.

We will likely face a greater footfall during this semi-lockdown. I ask for your patience as we comply with all the regulations needed to keep our staff and customers safe. We will do our best to serve you as good and efficiently as we can.
