Huber’s Butchery is managed by our parent company Huber’s Pte Ltd, which operates a factory specializing in the manufacturing and processing of top quality meat products. Our food service customer base comprises of leading hotels, restaurants, clubs, retail shops, marine/aircraft supplies and caterers.
Huber’s Butchery was incorporated in 2007 in order to bring our superior products directly to the consumer. At Huber’s, we believe in dining experiences that go beyond a great taste and beautiful package. It is an experience where you can feel secure in the knowledge that we strive for only the very best and never compromise on our commitment to delivering quality products of superior taste.
Huber’s maintains the highest quality and safety standards throughout the supply chain. We begin with the careful selection of our suppliers, raw materials and ingredients and continues with stringent prescribed specifications throughout the processes of preparation, packaging and storage, to ensure the safe delivery of our products to you.
Apart from regularly sending our staff for training and food safety courses, ISO 22000 which comprises of Hazard Analyses Critical Control Point (HACCP) has been incorporated to provide a systematic approach to improving food quality and safety practices.
