First, sign up for an online account. Then start browsing! Add things to your shopping cart and then proceed to check out once you are done. There, you will be prompted to verify your delivery address. After which, you will be asked for your credit card details. An order confirmation email will then be sent to your mailbox. Unless you receive this order confirmation in your inbox, your order will not be processed. Please e-mail us at orders@hubersbutchery.com.sg if you do not receive an email order confirmation. Your order will then come to the store. You may make payment for the balance amount by cash, cheque (made payable to Huber's Pte Ltd) or credit card upon delivery. We will also let you know on the day of delivery our estimated arrival time.

Yes, a minimum purchase of $75 is required. With that, we will also deliver your purchases to your residence free of charge.

No, you don't. A deposit of $75 is required to be made over the internet while the balance amount is payable by cash, cheque (made payable to Huber's Pte Ltd) or credit card upon delivery.

You will be prompted upon checking out if your delivery address is the same as your billing address. Here you are given the opportunity to indicate a different address for delivery.

Yes, what you see online is what we have in the store. However, not every item available in the store is available for purchase online.

Only credit cards are accepted over the website. Upon delivery, the balance amount is payable with cash, cheque or credit card.

As a number of items are charged by weight and are portioned only upon purchase, we can only determine the exact total amount after your order has been prepared.

Yes, if you are a card member, please log in and go to "Edit Profile" and add your membership number. Then your purchases online would be tagged to your membership card number from the day your card number was added to your profile.

Because of extreme heavy orders around the Christmas holiday, we impose restrictions on delivery schedules. These delivery schedules will be put up on our website.

The website runs 24/7. However, we do not accept online orders: from 20 to 25th December and on 31st December
