New at Huber's Butchery - U.K. Lamb - 1st Dec 2012
The UK Lamb we import comes from Randall Parker which is a
lamb specialist producing some of the best lamb in the world.
Their two main processing sites are located in Powys, Wales
and Andover, Hampshire.
The young lamb that we import has fine meat fibres and the resultant
product is succulent and tender with a mild milky taste and
lamb flavour. The lamb is air-flown fresh every week and we currently
sell the following cuts in our shop at Dempsey :-
