Camembert de Normandie - 1st Feb 2017
François Durand has been producing Camembert since 1981 on his parents' farm in the village of Camembert. He is the only farmer in the village to produce Camembert in AOP with the milk of the 60 dairy cows his brother, Nicolas, takes care of every day. The quality of milk obtained makes it possible to produce this Camembert that is without a doubt in a league of its own!
Made with raw cow's milk and is smooth and soft. Not sticky, lightly salted with a buttery and creamy taste. Each piece 250g.
