1. Blanch the pork rib in boiling water, just slightly above the pork ribs to cover it.
2. Boil the pork rib with boiling water again, add in the whole garlic, rock sugar, star anise,
cinnamon stick, pepper and a pack of Bak Kut Teh spice.
3. Boil the pork rib until it is tender.
4. Correct the seasoning and serve hot with steamed fragrant rice.
