1. Wrap bacon around pork medallions.
2. Push through pineapples, peppers, onions and 2 pork medallions on each skewer.
3. Brush pork medallions with Ginger and Chilli sauce and lemon juice.
4. Grill brochettes for 3 to 4 minutes on each side till cooked.
